Sugar, water, ginger, pectin, citric acid
Storage tip:
Unopened jars last at least 1.5 years in a cool, dark place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 4 months.
Preparation Tip:
Add 2 teaspoons of ginger jam to 200 ml of hot water for a spicy tea. For a cold version, dissolve in warm water first and add sparkling water and ice. A slice of orange adds extra aroma.
