Storage tip:
Unopened jars last at least 4 years in a cool, dark place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 4 months.

Preparation Tip:
For spicy ginger tea, stir 2 teaspoons into 200 ml hot water. Want it cold? Dissolve in a little hot water, then top with sparkling water and ice. A slice of orange adds a delicious twist.
