Normaal ben ik dol op citroen, maar deze confituur is voor mij persoonlijk niet zuur genoeg. Uiteraard moet je de middenweg zoeken om iedereen tevreden te stellen. De citroensmaak zit er zeker in. De zuurtegraad van de citroen niet.
